Effective date: May 23, 2026
These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern access to and use of RFix, including the desktop application, web demo, standalone API, SDKs, MCP servers and integrations, hosted launch flows, documentation, update services, support services, cloud services, AI-assisted features, and related software or materials (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are provided by RFix Ltd. ("RFix," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.
You must provide accurate account, billing, license, and contact information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account, license file, license key, API token, authentication token, MCP configuration, desktop update access, and hosted launch credentials.
Licenses, entitlements, downloads, tokens, runtime packs, and usage quotas are personal or organization-specific unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing. You may not share, sell, lease, sublicense, publish, expose, rotate through, or otherwise transfer license keys, license files, API tokens, authentication tokens, update credentials, or access credentials except as allowed by your written agreement with RFix.
Subject to these Terms and your paid or free plan, RFix grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the applicable Services for your internal RF simulation, signal generation, signal analysis, testing, validation, research, demonstrations, and commercial operations.
The desktop application is the primary supported runtime. Web, Pyodide, hosted launch, remote MCP, and other online features may have reduced functionality, additional limits, or different performance characteristics.
RFix and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, source code, object code, APIs, SDKs, MCP servers, runtime packs, documentation, block definitions, workflows, user interfaces, AI prompts and system instructions, models, templates, examples, trademarks, trade names, trade dress, and all related intellectual property.
Except for the limited license expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not remove or obscure proprietary notices, trademarks, watermarks, license checks, attribution, or rights-management features.
As between you and RFix, you retain your rights in the project graphs, prompts, files, payloads, support materials, and other content you provide to the Services ("Inputs"). Subject to these Terms and your applicable license, you may use generated projects, IQ data, signal artifacts, exports, annotations, and related results ("Outputs") for your internal R&D, testing, validation, demonstrations, and commercial operations.
Unless RFix explicitly agrees in writing, you may not resell, sublicense, publish, redistribute, or provide Outputs as standalone datasets, benchmark suites, RF signal libraries, model-training corpora, competing service inputs, or other materials intended to substitute for the Services. You may not use Inputs or Outputs to develop, train, benchmark, improve, commercialize, or support a product or service that competes with RFix or provides substantially similar RF simulation, signal generation, signal analysis, dataset generation, API, MCP, or workflow functionality.
You are responsible for your Inputs, Outputs, configurations, transmissions, exports, and use cases, including ensuring that you have all required rights and that your use complies with applicable RF, spectrum, telecommunications, export-control, sanctions, privacy, security, and other laws.
You represent and warrant that, unless RFix has approved otherwise in writing and all required government licenses, authorizations, and legal conditions are satisfied, you, your organization, your administrators, and your intended users are not located in, ordinarily resident in, organized under the laws of, or acting on behalf of any country, territory, government, entity, or person subject to comprehensive sanctions, embargoes, or similar trade restrictions that would prohibit access to or use of the Services. You further represent that, unless RFix has approved otherwise in writing and all required government licenses, authorizations, and legal conditions are satisfied, you are not listed on, owned by, controlled by, or acting for any person or entity listed on a restricted-party, denied-party, blocked-person, sanctions, export-control, or military end-user list, including lists maintained by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Israel, or other applicable authorities.
You may use RFix APIs, SDKs, local services, MCP servers, hosted launch flows, desktop update services, and automation features only as documented, within your license and plan limits, and for permitted uses. You must protect tokens and credentials, keep local services bound and secured appropriately, and avoid exposing local or hosted services to unauthorized users.
You may not engage in API abuse, circumvention, or interference with the Services, including by:
Unless explicitly agreed in writing by RFix, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, decrypt, extract, reconstruct, modify, translate, adapt, create derivative works of, or attempt to discover the source code, object code, algorithms, models, prompts, protocols, file formats, license mechanisms, signatures, obfuscation, runtime packs, update systems, or underlying ideas of the Services, except to the limited extent such a restriction is prohibited by mandatory applicable law.
Unless explicitly agreed in writing by RFix, you may not access or use the Services, APIs, SDKs, MCP tools, documentation, outputs, examples, workflows, user interfaces, or related materials to develop, train, benchmark, evaluate, improve, commercialize, or otherwise support any product or service that competes with RFix or provides substantially similar RF simulation, signal generation, signal analysis, RF dataset generation, graph editing, API, MCP, or workflow functionality.
You may not publish or disclose performance results, comparisons, security findings, benchmark results, output-quality evaluations, model evaluations, API behavior, license behavior, or competitive analyses of the Services without RFix's prior written approval.
AI-assisted features may process prompts, graph state, settings, validation results, and related context to generate or repair project suggestions. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and testing all AI-assisted results before relying on them.
You may not use AI features to generate harmful, unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or export-controlled content, or to evade these Terms. RFix may limit, suspend, or disable AI features to protect the Services, enforce quotas, prevent abuse, or comply with law.
RFix may generate, process, export, import, record, replay, or transmit RF-related data. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, licenses, permits, spectrum rules, equipment authorizations, safety requirements, export controls, sanctions, and third-party rights. Do not transmit signals, operate SDR hardware, replay captures, or use generated data in any way that is unlawful, harmful, unsafe, or unauthorized.
You may not use, export, re-export, transfer, provide, or make available the Services, Inputs, Outputs, generated IQ data, signal artifacts, project files, APIs, SDKs, MCP tools, documentation, or related technical information in violation of export-control, sanctions, defense-trade, anti-terrorism, nuclear, chemical, biological, missile-technology, telecommunications, or military end-use restrictions. Unless RFix has approved otherwise in writing and all required government licenses, permits, approvals, and legal conditions are satisfied, you may not use the Services or Outputs for prohibited proliferation activities, unauthorized military applications, missile or unmanned weapons technology, electronic warfare systems, signals intelligence, restricted surveillance, jamming, spoofing, interference, or other restricted end uses or restricted end users.
If you contact support, submit feedback, or upload support bundles, you authorize RFix to use the submitted information to provide support, diagnose issues, improve reliability and security, enforce these Terms, and communicate with you. Support bundles may include project graphs, node parameters, edges, global settings, local project state, structured diagnostics, runtime metadata, and related troubleshooting data that you choose to send.
Vulnerability reports may be sent to [email protected]. This invitation to report issues does not authorize security testing, bypassing, exploitation, disruption, data access, or any activity prohibited by these Terms.
The Services may integrate with or depend on third-party services, libraries, platforms, runtime packs, maps, models, cloud providers, authentication providers, analytics providers, email providers, AI providers, and hardware drivers. Third-party services and materials may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. RFix is not responsible for third-party services, hardware, data, models, drivers, outages, or terms.
RFix may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of the Services at any time. Updates may be required for security, compatibility, licensing, or continued operation. We may change plans, features, quotas, limits, prices, and availability, and we will communicate material paid-service changes as required by law or by your written agreement with RFix.
We may suspend or terminate your access, licenses, accounts, tokens, hosted launch grants, MCP access, update access, or other entitlements if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for RFix or others, exceeded or evaded limits, failed to pay, infringed rights, or used the Services unlawfully or abusively. Upon termination, you must stop using the Services and delete copies where required by your license or by law.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, RFix disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation.
RFix does not warrant that simulations, propagation models, signal outputs, protocol outputs, AI outputs, measurements, diagnostics, examples, or documentation are accurate, complete, compliant, safe, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for independent validation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RFix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, revenue, business opportunity, spectrum authorization, equipment, or production use, even if RFix knew or should have known that such damages were possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RFix's total liability for all claims relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to RFix for the Services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability, or (b) US $100.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RFix and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your Inputs, Outputs, use of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of law, infringement or misappropriation of third-party rights, or RF/hardware/spectrum activities.
This indemnity includes, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, civil fines, criminal fines, penalties, forfeitures, regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, administrative orders, settlement amounts, compliance costs, equipment seizure or remediation costs, and damages imposed by or payable to national, regional, or local telecommunications, spectrum, safety, export-control, or law-enforcement authorities. Covered authorities include, by way of example, the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the Ministry of Communications of Israel, ANACOM in Portugal, and comparable regulators in other jurisdictions. Covered RF/hardware/spectrum activities include unauthorized, overlapping, interfering, unsafe, or illegal signal propagation; SDR or other hardware operation; RF replay, capture, amplification, or broadcast experiments; and any transmission, emission, or use of generated signal data outside permitted laboratory, shielded, licensed, exempt, or otherwise legally authorized conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page or otherwise making it available through the Services. Unless a different effective date is stated, updated Terms are effective when posted to the maximum extent permitted by law. Your continued access to or use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
If applicable law requires additional notice, a waiting period, or affirmative acceptance for a particular change, we will provide the legally required process. This may include an in-app notice, email, account notice, or a click-through acceptance button before continued use. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected].
